We serve our clients with customized training, diet and lifestyle coaching.
Our training is tailored to the level and goals of each client and is focused on progressing every session. We focus on long-term health, freedom of movement, and strength. Our main training style is Functional Strength Training, however we also incorporate gymnastic style bodyweight training and kettlebell training. We focus more on natural movement and minimize using exercise machines. We laugh and have a lot of FUN during our training sessions.
We have many approaches to eating to achieve fat-loss and for gaining muscle. We find the approach that works best for each client and work together at eliminating mental, physical and emotional obstacles that have been preventing their success. We work with each client based on a 90-day goal with weekly accountability.
